Many Xizi Otis UPDs have an RJ45 port on the control board. The manual specifies using “Xizi Service Tool v2.1” or a standard PC with RS485 software. Do not connect a generic PLC cable unless the manual explicitly approves it.

Most Xizi Otis control cabinets (mounted above the car or in the machine room) contain a laminated quick-card. Look for a yellow or blue card labeled "UPD Key Functions."
