If you try to run a heavily modified x64.rpf on a low-end PC, you will experience "texture pop-in," where the world disappears and reappears as you drive. Recommended for "Extra Quality" (1440p/4K):
Never download an .rpf file from a source that is not a reputable modding community (GTA5-Mods.com, Nexus Mods, or the official Discord of the mod creator).
Go to openiv.com and download the latest version. OpenIV is the only legitimate tool that allows you to open, edit, and replace files inside .rpf archives. It is approved by Rockstar (as long as you don't use it for GTA Online).
