These are typically bundled in the installer but should be pre-installed on managed systems.
The application relies on C++ libraries for core rendering and logic. The installer usually bundles these, but manual verification is recommended for a "Full" stable environment: Important: Integrated Intel HD graphics are not supported
Bentley V8i 08.11.07.03 uses DirectX 9.0c as the primary graphics engine.
Known issue: Integrated Intel HD Graphics (prior to Gen 6) may cause view navigation lag.

Standalone (Activation key): Ensure you have an activation request file (.xml) generated from the SELECT CONNECT portal. Offline activation works but requires manual steps.
The “Full” installation (all components: modeling, rendering, point cloud, and structural analysis) demands significantly more resources than a typical CAD application.
