Boot, open R-Studio or DMDE. Scan the failing drive, recover critical files to a USB external drive. Do not attempt chkdsk first – use recovery tools designed for failing media.

Boot, launch NTPWEdit, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config\SAM, blank or change the administrator or user password. Reboot into Windows. Boot, open R-Studio or DMDE
