Critical Warning: Avoid third-party “cracked” or “free” versions. Virtual Desktop requires a legitimate license from the Oculus/Meta Store or Steam. Version 1.22.1 is an official release—you should only obtain it via authorized distribution channels.
Some users download cracked 1.22.1 APKs from untrusted sites. This is dangerous (malware), unethical, and you lose access to the required PC streamer authentication (VD uses a license check with your Oculus username).
