If printing works but scanning doesn't, you likely installed the printer driver but missed the TWAIN Driver. Go back to the download page and look specifically for the "Scanner Driver" or "TWAIN Driver" package.

Pro Tip: As of this writing, the correct driver package is typically named something like
e-STUDIO2309A_Series_Universal_Print_Driver_vX.X.X.zip. Look for the file dated most recently—even a 2021 driver works perfectly on the latest Windows 10 64-bit builds.
