A factory reset will generate a new MAC (since TiviMate’s data is wiped), but that new MAC won’t be linked to your subscription. You would still need to contact your provider.
If you had a legitimate setup using MAC authentication and you reset your device or reinstalled TiviMate, the app might generate a new virtual MAC address.
