If your subscription lapses, the server will mark your device as offline. However, sometimes a server glitch misreads a valid subscription as expired.

If you are working on a 2010-2018 European car (Audi, BMW, Mercedes) and you have slow cellular data, turn off your phone's data. ThinkDiag will default to its local Bluetooth connection faster.
