When searching for an offline installer, you will find many third-party websites offering downloads. This is a security minefield. A non-verified installer can contain:
A verified offline installer means that the file has been cryptographically signed by Telerik (Progress Software Corporation) or has a matching SHA-256 checksum published by a trusted source.
JustDecompile requires .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher. If you are on a fully offline machine, you will need to download the offline installer for .NET Framework first (also verify its signature) before installing JustDecompile.
