If you have the T830 MFP (Multi-Function Printer), the SSP0117RPC installation includes the scanning hardware.
Use the vendor-supplied ssp_rpc_test utility (should be in the install folder):

Step 1: Launch the installer
Right-click SSP0117RPC_Setup.exe and select Run as administrator.
