Simson Tuning Werkstatt 3d Demo Site

This is the most challenging part. You must reverse the disassembly order.

The Golden Rule: "Last off, first on."

Step-by-Step Process:

  • Base Gasket: Place a gasket on the engine case where the cylinder sits. (Check your inventory; if you cleaned it, select it).
  • Cylinder: Slide the cylinder down over the piston. Tip: Compress the rings with your mouse cursor/fingers so they fit into the cylinder bore.
  • Cylinder Head: Place the head on top. Add the nuts and tighten them in a cross-pattern (Top-Left, Bottom-Right, etc.) to ensure even pressure.
  • Side Covers: Reattach the clutch and ignition covers.
  • Carburetor & Exhaust: Reattach the carb and the exhaust pipe.
  • The demo models authentic Simson tuning modifications across five major areas: Simson Tuning Werkstatt 3d Demo

Let’s walk through the main modules of the Simson Tuning Werkstatt 3D Demo. Note that the demo restricts some advanced parameters, but the core experience remains fully functional. Base Gasket: Place a gasket on the engine

After selecting your parts, you hit "Simulate." The engine goes through a virtual throttle sweep from idle to ~7000 RPM (two-stroke Simson redline). The demo outputs a dyno chart showing horsepower (PS) and torque (Nm) curves.
