As of my last update, Sergei Strelec's WinPE does not natively support unlocking BitLocker-protected drives directly through its interface. However, there are some third-party tools and methods discussed online that claim to offer such functionality:
Sergei Strelec is a popular WinPE-based bootable environment packed with recovery tools. It includes native BitLocker unlock capabilities—no need to decrypt the entire drive.

Sergei remains popular because it bundles network drivers – allowing you to upload recovered data to a server or download a missing .BEK file.
