Setting up ProPresenter
| Issue | Cause | Solution | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | Output is just my Desktop | OS Mirroring is on. | Change OS Display settings to "Extend Desktop." | | Videos are choppy/laggy | Codec or Hardware issue. | Ensure your video files are ProRes or H.264. Check that "Prefer GPU rendering" is enabled in ProPresenter Video preferences. | | Can't see the Output screen | Output not enabled. | Go to Preferences > Screens and ensure the screen is checked "Enabled." | | Audio works but no video | Screen Arrangement. | In Preferences > Screens, rearrange the boxes so the Output is physically positioned where your monitor actually is. | propresenter setup

Once your hardware is connected and the OS is set to "Extend," launch ProPresenter.
