Winaero Tweaker is a freeware app created by myself, Sergey Tkachenko. It is an all-in-one application that comes with dozens of options for fine-grained tuning of various Windows settings and features.
It also includes most options which were available in free standalone apps at Winaero.com and extends them as much as possible.
This web site is a new home for the app. It is ads-free, scripts-free, and web tracking-free.
Winaero Tweaker comes with plenty of features and tweaks. To name a few of them:
And much, MUCH more! Check out the following list of features:
Configure Avitab by editing the configuration file or using the provided GUI tools. This may involve setting up user authentication, defining storage settings, and configuring network parameters.
Please enable AVITAB in ISCS to ensure that airborne-vehicle tracking and display capabilities are available across the integrated shipboard control system. AVITAB provides real-time fused positional data, symbology, and status overlays for rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft operations; enabling it in ISCS integrates that imagery and air-track information directly into the ship’s tactical and display architecture.
When enabled, AVITAB will:

Enablement checklist (recommended):
Enabling AVITAB in ISCS provides a consolidated, actionable air picture that improves situational awareness, reduces manual workload, and enhances safe air operations when properly configured and validated.
To enable AviTab in your ToLiss aircraft (A319, A320Neo, A321, or A340) using the ISCS (Interactive Simulation Control System), follow these steps: 🛠️ Core Activation Steps
Open the ISCS: Locate the ISCS screen in your cockpit (typically a tablet or pop-out window).
Navigate to Settings: Go to the "General Settings" or "User Options" tab within the ISCS menu.
Toggle AviTab: Look for the option labeled "Enable AviTab" or "Use AviTab" and ensure it is switched to ON. please enable avitab in iscs
Check the Tablet: Once enabled, the physical tablet in the cockpit should appear or become interactive, allowing you to use AviTab directly in the 3D cockpit. ⚠️ Troubleshooting Requirements
If the option is missing or grayed out, verify the following:
Plugin Installation: Ensure you have the AviTab plugin correctly installed in your X-Plane/Resources/plugins/ directory.
Folder Structure: The folder must be named AviTab. Inside, you should see folders like bin, charts, and map_tiles.
X-Plane Version: If you are on X-Plane 12, ensure you are using the latest version of AviTab compatible with the newer simulator engine.
Restart Sim: You must restart X-Plane or reload the aircraft after installing the plugin for the ISCS to recognize it. 💡 Pro-Tips for ToLiss Pilots
VR Mode: If you are flying in VR, you can "pop out" the AviTab into a window via the standard X-Plane Plugin menu if the in-cockbit version is difficult to reach.
Navigraph Integration: Once the tablet is on, use the Settings gear inside AviTab to link your Navigraph account for live charts.
PDFs: You can drop your own checklists or flight plans (PDF format) into Resources/plugins/AviTab/charts/ to view them in the cockpit. If you're still having trouble, let me know: Which ToLiss aircraft (A319, A321, etc.) you are using? Are you on X-Plane 11 or 12? Configure Avitab by editing the configuration file or
Does AviTab show up in your Plugins menu at the top of the screen?
To enable the AviTab tablet within the In-Sim Configuration System (ISCS)
—typically used in complex aircraft add-ons like those from ToLiss or IXEG in X-Plane—follow these steps: 1. Prerequisite: Install the AviTab Plugin
The ISCS cannot "enable" AviTab if the core plugin is not installed in your global flight simulator directory. Download the latest version of (usually from the X-Plane.org forum
Extract the folder and move it to your simulator's global plugins folder: [Your Simulator Path]/Resources/plugins/ X-Plane.Org Forum 2. Enable via ISCS
Once the plugin is installed, you must tell the specific aircraft to display the tablet in its 3D cockpit: Open the ISCS
: This is typically found as a pop-up window or a physical tablet/screen in the cockpit (check the "Plugins" menu if you can't find the toggle). Navigate to the General Settings page within the ISCS. Look for a checkbox or toggle labeled "Enable AviTab Tablet" "Show AviTab" Toggle it to 3. Troubleshooting Missing from Menu
: If AviTab does not appear in the ISCS options, ensure the plugin is correctly installed in the global Resources/plugins folder rather than just the aircraft's folder. Restart Required
: You must fully restart the simulator (or reload the aircraft/plugins) after moving files for the ISCS to recognize the new addition. Aircraft Support Operational considerations:
: Ensure your specific aircraft version supports AviTab integration. Most modern payware like the ToLiss A321
have this built-in, but older versions may require a separate integration mod. X-Plane.Org Forum Note for iFly 737 (MSFS) users
: Unlike X-Plane versions, the iFly 737 in Microsoft Flight Simulator utilizes its own integrated Boeing EFB
. If you are looking for tablet settings in this aircraft, they are managed directly through the powered-on EFB under System > SIM Menu rather than a traditional ISCS plugin menu. exact menu path for a specific aircraft model like ToLiss, Zibo, or IXEG?
Here is the exact process to resolve the error. These steps assume you already have the AviTab plugin installed in your X-Plane/Resources/plugins/ folder. (If not, download it from the official GitHub or X-Plane.org first).
A final "gotcha" that confuses many users: Even after enabling AviTab in the ISCS, the physical tablet in the 3D cockpit will remain black until you turn on Aircraft Electrical Power.
Look back at the 3D cockpit tablet. The red warning message should now be replaced with the standard AviTab interface — usually a welcome screen or a map. You can now click on the tablet to use moving maps, charts, and checklists.
Look for the ISCS pop-out window. It is usually accessible in one of two ways:
Do not assume it is installed correctly. Close X-Plane.
