The config.txt file is a simple plain text document that tells the pkgi application the URL addresses of the databases it should connect to. Without this file (or if the file is empty/incorrect), pkgi will launch but display an empty list or an error message stating it cannot download the database.
Essentially, it is the "address book" for your PS3 homebrew store.
This typically happens if the config.txt file is empty or formatted incorrectly. Ensure there are no extra spaces before the name and that the URL starts with http.
Customizing PKGI Behavior:
url http://nps.ps3.all/games.tsv
