One of the biggest complaints about the adult parody genre is that the gameplay is an afterthought. Parody Sex Life tries to invert that. To unlock the "Sex Life" portion of the title, you must first engage with the "Parody" mechanics.
Version 0.40 introduces at least three new parody characters to the roster. While the developer keeps the full patch notes detailed for patrons, confirmed additions include a take on Power from Chainsaw Man (here named "Electric Maiden") and a new Marvel-esque sorceress. Each new character arrives with a mini-arc of 5-7 unique animated scenes.
Previous versions only tracked "Love" and "Lust." v0.40 adds a Reputation meter. If you date two characters who hate each other (e.g., a magical girl parody and a dark witch parody), your reputation takes a hit, locking you out of certain story events.
