260 Firmware: Panasonic Uj

Many UJ-260 firmwares include riplock – artificially limiting DVD read speed (e.g., to 4x or 6x instead of 8x) to reduce noise and vibration in slim laptops. This is purely a firmware flag: ReadSpeedMax = 0x04 (4x) vs 0x08 (8x).
