"No Motor Found" Error: This is almost always a driver issue. The VIF-11 cable uses a Silicon Labs CP210x driver. Download the latest driver from the link below, then manually assign COM port 3 or 4 in Device Manager.

Antivirus Flags the .exe: Panasonic uses an obscure code-signing certificate. Whitelist the file in Windows Defender. It is a false positive.
