Next Gen OS is a lightweight, AOSP (Android Open Source Project)-based custom ROM designed specifically for legacy low-RAM devices. Version 3.7 is the latest iteration tailored for the J200G.

Unlike Samsung’s stock Android 8.1 Go (which is bloated with unnecessary Samsung Experience skins), Next Gen OS v3.7 strips down the system to its bare essentials while injecting modern kernel optimizations.
