Natsu-s Lost Items -v1.0.2- By Peko Game Studio -
This version fixes a game-breaking bug from v1.0.1 where the “hidden key under the mossy rock” wouldn’t spawn if you visited the shrine out of order. That’s now resolved. Load times are faster, and text rendering in non-English languages (JP, CN, KR) is no longer clipping outside dialogue boxes.
Still problematic:
Fans of A Short Hike, Lil Gator Game, To the Moon, or Spiritfarer will find familiar emotional terrain here. However, Natsu’s Lost Items is less whimsical and more somber than those titles. Think The First Tree meets Night in the Woods—but quieter, smaller, and more personal.

Natsu's Lost Items is a cozy, narrative-driven puzzle-adventure game about memory, loss, and the quiet joy of rediscovery.
You play as Natsu, a young archivist returning to her seaside hometown after years away. A sudden summer storm has scattered precious keepsakes across familiar but changed landscapes. With only a tattered notebook and her childhood memories as a guide, Natsu must recover these lost items before they fade forever.

"Some things are lost. Some things are waiting to be found."
While the core loop involves finding lost items, Peko Game Studio has injected surprising depth into the RPG mechanics.
| Level Name | Hidden Item Type | Trick / Common Miss | |---------------------|----------------------------|------------------------------------------------------| | Whispering Bamboo | Small bells (x3) | Check behind the left bamboo cluster – clip the camera. | | Dried Riverbed | Polished pebbles (x4) | One pebble is inside the cracked clay pot – break it by stepping on it twice. | | Abandoned Shrine | Paper talismans (x3) | Look up. One talisman is on the ceiling beam, only visible in Stillness Mode. | | Twilight Market | Vendor tokens (x5) | Follow the wandering cat spirit – it drops a token when you pet it 3 times. | This version fixes a game-breaking bug from v1
Who is behind this? Peko Game Studio is a five-person team based in Kyoto, Japan, known for their "slow-game" philosophy. Their previous titles include The Stationmaster’s Nap (2021) and Coin Laundry Dreams (2023).
Unlike major studios that chase graphical fidelity, Peko focuses on emotional architecture—the way a space feels rather than how it looks. In Natsu’s Lost Items, every object tells a story. The torn comic book isn't just a texture; it’s a memory of a fight with a sibling. The half-buried time capsule isn't just a collectible; it's a promise broken by adulthood.
The studio has stated on their official blog that v1.0.2 will likely be the final content update, as they are shifting resources to a new project. However, they confirm that all future patches will focus on stability. Fans of A Short Hike , Lil Gator
