The series’ resolution is that no cursed jutsu can be truly “purified” – but it can be ended. Sasuke decides not to use the Rinnegan’s cursed abilities to rule the world. Naruto refuses to kill, breaking the curse of revenge. The final arc, “Kaguya,” reveals that all cursed jutsu originate from the progenitor’s selfish love – a curse only broken by her descendants choosing mutual understanding.
