The MS-7613 Ver 1.1 does NOT support BIOS flashing from USB drive in the standard way. The manual explicitly states use MSI Live Update (Windows XP/Vista only) or a bootable DOS floppy/CD with the AFUDOS utility. Updating beyond v1.7 may break OEM customization.
The board usually features a 4-pin CPU fan header, but the BIOS control for it is minimal.
