Raghava, now possessed by Ganga’s spirit at will, goes to the feudal lord’s fort-like mansion. A massive fight ensues. The villain initially laughs at Raghava, but Ganga’s supernatural powers begin to destroy his men one by one.

The climax involves:

Ganga finally kills the feudal lord in the same brutal manner he killed her, thus completing her revenge.

A classic Lawrence trope. A seemingly normal cooking scene turns terrifying when the stove flames turn blue and vegetables start flying. The Hindi background score amplifies the jump scare.

Kanchana 3 is the most politically charged of the trio, criticizing caste-based violence more explicitly than its predecessors.

Initially, Raghava refuses to help. He is terrified of the feudal lord, who is now an even more powerful politician with a private army. But Ganga threatens to permanently possess him and harm his family if he doesn’t comply.

With no choice, Raghava undergoes a gradual transformation. Ganga trains him (in a humorous yet intense montage) to overcome his fear. He learns martial arts, gains confidence, and finally agrees to confront the villain.

Priya supports him, and the comic aunt-uncle duo also join, providing light-hearted moments.

With her revenge complete, Ganga’s spirit becomes calm. She thanks Raghava and Priya, blesses them, and finally leaves Raghava’s body, ascending to a peaceful afterlife (shown as a bright light).

Raghava returns to his normal, slightly cowardly self—but now with a new-found courage. He realizes that true bravery is not the absence of fear, but the ability to act despite it. The film ends on a happy note with Raghava, Priya, and the family celebrating a festival, no longer haunted by any ghosts.

If you are watching Kanchana 3, you likely know what to expect. The movie delivers exactly what the Hindi-dubbed audience loves about this franchise:
