The JKD-512COM operates in three distinct modes. Select yours using the rotary switch (S1) on the front panel.

For applications that require a real COM port:
Connect the included 12V DC adapter to the JKD-512COM and a surge-protected outlet. The green PWR LED should illuminate solid. If it blinks, check voltage (must be >9V). Never power off during firmware update
