For 90% of users, this is a soft brick or a PreLoader hard brick. Both are fixable via SP Flash Tool.

  • Click Download Only (not "Format All + Download" unless you know what you're doing – that can remove IMEI).
  • Power off your phone completely. Remove battery if removable (Note 30 Pro has a sealed battery – just shut down).
  • Click the Download button in SP Flash Tool.
  • Now connect the phone to PC via USB. The tool will detect it automatically.
  • A yellow progress bar appears. Wait 3–8 minutes until a green ✔ Download OK message.
