Step 1: Power off your device completely. If it’s frozen, press and hold the Power button for 10–15 seconds until it shuts down.
Step 2: Enter Recovery Mode. Press and hold Volume Up and Power button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. Some Oukitel models use Volume Down + Power. If one doesn’t work, try the other combination.
Step 3: Once you see the Oukitel logo, release the Power button but keep holding the Volume button until the Android Recovery screen appears. This screen has a black background with yellow, blue, or white text.
Step 4: In Recovery Mode, your touchscreen will not work. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to scroll through the menu, and the Power button to select an option.
Step 5: Scroll down to highlight Wipe data/factory reset and press the Power button to select it.

Step 6: Your phone may ask for your PIN, pattern, or password for security. Enter it, then tap Erase all data again to confirm.
