According to the official release notes (version 10.1.12, build 442), here is exactly what changed: haja10 updated

Fix: The new version relies on OS-level settings. Windows users should enable “Use system theme” in Haja10’s Appearance settings. macOS users need to ensure Haja10 has accessibility permissions to read the system appearance. After restarting, open the About panel

Notifications are now grouped by project and priority. You can set “focus modes” to block non-urgent alerts during deep work sessions. Upgrade: haja10 update or brew upgrade haja10 /
