Navigate to:
C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Documents\WB Games\FEAR 3\Saved Games

The #1 reason saves fail is incorrect folder placement. F.E.A.R. 3 uses two different save paths depending on your version.

Fix: Delete the folder C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive (back it up first). Launch the game, sign in fresh, then paste the save.
