ELSawin’s order server often uses port 8080 or 8000. Run this command in CMD to see what is using the port:
netstat -ano | findstr :8080
If another program (like Skype, TeamViewer, or IIS) is using it, stop that service or change its port.
Navigate to your ELSawin installation folder (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\ELSawin or C:\ELSawin). Look for files like license.lic, key.dat, or elsawin.lic.
If none of the above steps resolve the "initialize order server failed" error, your installation is likely beyond repair. This often occurs after a Windows update that changes system libraries.
