GUMBALL (Sighs dramatically) I’m bored, Darwin. Bored to the very core of my fuzzy being. I feel like a marshmallow in a vacuum—empty, expanded, and slowly imploding. "Gumball Watterson was here
DARWIN (Focusing on his jelly tower) Have you tried blinking? I read in a cereal box that time flies when you're having fun, but it also flies when you blink a lot. It’s basically time travel.
GUMBALL Time travel is for nerds with DeLoreans, Darwin. I need excitement! Danger! I need to leave a mark on history! A mark that says, "Gumball Watterson was here, and he was awesome."
Suddenly, the front door bursts open. RICHARD (Dad) runs in, panting, holding a crumpled piece of paper.
RICHARD Boys! You won't believe what I found at the Elmore Dump while looking for the remote I threw away last night! It was right next to a perfectly good half-eaten sandwich and this!
He slams the paper on the table. It’s greasy, stained, and smells faintly of trash. The title reads: THE LOST SCROLLS OF SHECKLETON: THE PRANK KING.
GUMBALL (Eyes widening) "The Prank King"? Who is Sheckleton?
RICHARD Legend says he was the greatest trickster in Elmore history. He once convinced the entire town that gravity was optional for a day. He hid his secrets in this manual.
Richard waddles away to the kitchen, distracted by the thought of the sandwich he left behind.
Gumball picks up the paper. His eyes narrow. A mischievous grin spreads across his face.
