The following items are required before initiating the update:

Use a second working LGA1155 board with a removable BIOS chip, insert your corrupted chip, and flash via AFUWIN.

The H61H2-MV has at least four different PCB revisions. Flashing the wrong BIOS will brick your board. Boot and enter BIOS (DEL key) → Load
You need to check two things:
