If you dislike fan-service, this isn’t for you. If you enjoy a lewd-but-lighthearted vibe, it’s well balanced.

The biggest flaw in traditional Ecchi is the "jealousy bombs." Girls slap the protagonist for accidents. It gets old fast.
In an Oneshota Town, jealousy is replaced by Competitive Cooperation. Because the women are older, they understand that fighting ruins the summer. Instead, they form an unspoken league. They take turns. Tuesday is the Librarian's day to feed him lunch. Wednesday is the Swimsuit Shop Manager's turn for a fitting. Thursday is the Landlady's turn to collect rent in favors. It’s firmly in the “ecchi, not hentai” zone
This mature approach makes the "Ecchi" feel less violent and more sensual. The protagonist isn't being punished; he is being spoiled. And for the target audience, a fantasy of being spoiled by dozens of beautiful older women is empirically "better" than one of getting hit by a paper fan.
Overall, my summer vacation in Oneshota Town was an unforgettable experience. The town's laid-back atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and delicious seafood made it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable vacation. If you dislike fan-service, this isn’t for you
To understand why this is superior, we must define our terms.
When you combine these four elements, the "Oneshota Town" becomes a character in itself. A standard Ecchi might have one Onee-san neighbor. An Oneshota Town implies that the entire female population (or a critical mass) is comprised of older sisters, teachers, childhood friends who matured early, and busty shopkeepers.
A beach house is boring after one day. An Oneshota Town offers diverse ecchi backdrops, each with a unique flavor:
The town setting allows for a sandbox of scenarios that a single house or island cannot provide. This variety keeps the "summer vacation" feeling fresh for all 30+ days of the narrative timeline.
