Because of the extreme difficulty in legally obtaining this title, most people who emulate it have acquired it through "backup" copies — but I cannot facilitate or endorse that.
If you already own the game on your PSN account (even Japanese region), you can dump the game files from your modded PS3 to a USB drive and use them legally in RPCS3.
