If your F460 is bricked (power light on, but no web access or blinking LAN lights), you need the emergency TFTP bootloader method.

Power Cycle: Hold the Reset button while plugging in the power. Keep holding for 15 seconds. The "Power" LED should flash rapidly or the "Internet" LED will blink green/orange. This indicates it is pulling via TFTP from 192.168.1.100.

Watch Tftpd64: You will see Block #0, Block #100, etc. Wait for "Transfer complete."
