Most people play BT4 on the PCSX2 Emulator. Here is the quick setup:
For the standalone PC mod (rare): Simply drop the downloaded savedata.bin into %LocalAppData%/DBZBT4/Saved/. dbz budokai tenkaichi 4 save file
