Cause: The language pack archives were not overwritten properly, or the localization.lang file wasn't edited.
Fix: Go to Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\content. Delete any lang_* files that are not your target language, then re-copy the pack files. Also, open Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\ and check for a locale.ini file—rename or delete it, as CODEX releases sometimes ignore the main config.
