After reboot, you might still have no audio. That’s normal. Here’s the final step:

  • Right-click the device → Update driver → Browse my computer for drivers.

  • Select the file named SSTAudio.inf or coolstar_sst.inf (not oemX.inf). After reboot, you might still have no audio
