This is the easiest method. If you are playing PS2 games on your PC, CodeBreaker works exactly like a physical disc.

Step 1: Download the CodeBreaker v10.1 (USA).iso file. Step 2: Open PCSX2. Go to CDVD > ISO Selector and choose the CodeBreaker ISO. Step 3: Boot the emulator. You will see the blue CodeBreaker menu. Step 4: Select your game from the list, enable cheats (press X), then press Start. Step 5: When prompted "Swap to Game Disc," go to CDVD > Swap Disc > ISO Selector and choose your game's ISO. Step 6: Press X to boot. Your cheats will be active.

For unmodded consoles, you need a PS2 Swap Magic disc. For modded consoles (Matrix chip, Modbo):

Step 1: Download the ISO. Do NOT extract the files. Step 2: Open ImgBurn (Windows) or Burn (Mac). Use 4x write speed. Use high-quality DVD-R media (Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden). Step 3: Burn the ISO as a "Disc Image." Step 4: Place the disc in your PS2. Boot the console. The blue CodeBreaker logo will appear.
