Captain Tsubasa Dream Team - Tier List
The only true tier list is the most recent “Super Dream Festival” goalkeeper + the most recent “Super Dream Festival” forward.
Everything else exists to support them.
If you have the current SDF GK and SDF FW, you are automatically A-tier regardless of the rest of your team. If you don’t, even a full S-tier list from three months ago will lose in 2 shots.
Here’s a text-based Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team (CTDT) tier list based on the current meta (as of my last update – always check recent event units).
Tiers: SS (top), S, A, B, C (situational/filler).
The harsh reality of Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team is that the tier list is fluid. A player who is S-Tier today might drop to A-Tier next month when a new counter-card is released.
The Winning Formula: Don't chase the S-Tier strikers first. Chase the Goalkeeper and the Midfield engine. A team of A-Tier strikers fed by an S-Tier midfielder (Misaki) will beat a team of S-Tier strikers who never get the ball.
As you pull for your next banner, remember: In this game, chemistry beats stardom. Unless you pull Hyuga. Then just shoot.
The meta for Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team (CTDT) shifts rapidly with new Dream Festival (DF) and Dream Collection (DC) releases. As of early 2026, the competitive landscape is dominated by Next Dream and Superstar units. Top Tier (SS Rank) captain tsubasa dream team tier list

Before we name names, you must understand the mechanic that defines the high-tier meta: Color Bond (Type Matchup).
Unlike standard RPGs where a higher stat total wins, Dream Team relies heavily on a rock-paper-scissors system:
A "God Tier" Green player is virtually useless against a Red opponent, no matter how high their stats are. Therefore, this tier list focuses on Versatility and Meta-Defining Mechanics (specifically Bonds and Special Skills).
