Viewer - Bimx
No tool is perfect. It is important to know what the BIMx Viewer does not do well:
A 2D PDF shows you a line representing a wall. The BIMx Viewer shows you the wall, the texture of the concrete, the conduit running inside it, and the beam resting on top of it. When a contractor sees the model in 3D context, they make fewer mistakes.
BIMx Viewer is more than just a file viewer; it is a communication tool. In an industry where miscommunication leads to budget overruns, providing a clear, interactive visualization is vital.
For architects using Archicad, BIMx is the best way to deliver value. It empowers the client, validates the design, and ensures that everyone—from the designer to the builder—is looking at the same picture. bimx viewer
