Autodata The Hardware Information Does | Not Match With Your Dongle
If you use Autodata on a remote PC via RDP (Remote Desktop), the error is inevitable. The hardware information passed through RDP is a virtual USB hub ID, not the real one.
Fixes:
Uninstall Autodata completely. Then delete these folders: If you use Autodata on a remote PC
Then reinstall from your original DVD or installer. When prompted, plug in the dongle before launching for the first time. Then reinstall from your original DVD or installer
AutoData typically uses Sentinel (formerly Aladdin) HASP drivers. If these drivers become corrupted—often by another program installing an older version—the communication between the software and the dongle fails, returning a generic "no match" error instead of a "driver fault" error.
