The Issue: You are escorting the prisoner (or participating in the tournament), and the NPC refuses to move to the next waypoint, or a door that is supposed to open remains locked.
The Fix:
Ubisoft did not release a single “patch notes: fixed Sequence 7 Memory 3.” Instead, the memory was gradually repaired across a series of updates from November 2014 to August 2015.
