La colección Apócrifos del Antiguo Testamento (publicada originalmente en Madrid por Ediciones Cristiandad, años 80–90) consta de seis volúmenes. Cada tomo se organiza por géneros literarios o tradiciones específicas:
El Tomo V es, por tanto, la joya del investigador avanzado. Mientras que los primeros volúmenes son más accesibles, el quinto contiene traducciones directas del hebreo, arameo, griego, etiópico y eslavo de obras que nunca llegaron a ser populares en la tradición eclesiástica, pero que influyeron en sectores como el esenismo, el cristianismo primitivo herético (por ejemplo, el Apocalipsis de Elías en ciertas versiones) y la mística judía.
