List Portable — Ac Origins Inventory Editor Hash
Open the Hash_List.txt in Notepad ++ or a text editor. Find the item you want (e.g., "FFXV Chocamel Mount" – Hash: 000001A5E3B6F4D1).
Back in the editor, select an item you want to overwrite (preferably a cheap, common item like a level 1 dagger). Paste the new hash into the field. Click "Replace" or "Modify."
This is the tricky part. Recent versions of AC Origins have encrypted saves. Some portable editors have a built-in decrypter (using the Ubisoft ID as the key). Others require you to use a separate Portable Save Decrypter first. ac origins inventory editor hash list portable
By default, AC Origins saves are located in:
Documents\Assassin's Creed Origins\Cache\
Look for files named ACO_SaveFile_0.save (Slot 1). Copy this file to a separate folder (e.g., C:\Modding\Backups). Open the Hash_List
Ubisoft does not officially support modding for Assassin’s Creed Origins. Unlike Skyrim or Fallout, there is no developer kit. However, the save files (.save extension) are not heavily encrypted. Community developers created third-party Inventory Editors—standalone executables that read your save file, decode the inventory table, and allow you to swap items.
Essentially, an editor lets you take a "Bronze Dagger" and replace its hex ID with the ID for the "Sword of the Duat." The game cannot tell the difference, so it simply loads the legendary item. Paste the new hash into the field
This is where the magic happens. Inside your portable editor, you will see a field labeled "Item Hash" or "Item ID."
